Dress Code

A full-length T-Shirt or tank top must cover the chest and midriff. Proper covering minimizes risk of contamination and infection.

Tops and shirts that fit. Revealing tops can lead to embarrassing slips. Tight shirts are distracting and do not allow pores to breathe.

Pants or shorts that fit. Gluteal folds should not be visible. Baggy pants are at risk of being caught in equipment or weights.

No jeans or clothing with details or materials that could damage equipment. No exposed rivets, buttons, zippers, metal parts, or other potentially damaging features.

No open-toed shoes, boots, sandals, dress shoes or cleats of any type. Shoes that don’t offer enough protection can be a liability and danger.
