Bethany Rademaker
Also known as: “mommom” to the worlds happiest children; Lillian & Barrett and wife to their home’s chef, coach, DJ: Gary!
Occupation: Director of Events for the American Council of Engineering Companies of Illinois & Pageant Director for the Logan County Fair Queen Pageant
Hobbies: fitness, Play-Doh, planning weddings, and shopping at Target.
Instructor of: Zumba, Cardio & Core, Step & Core
CARDIO AND CORE – Cardio workout focusing on core muscles begin with a short warm-up followed by choreographed routines using the step with a cooldown at the end. All fitness levels welcome. It’s not sweat. It’s glitter!
Georgia Allison
Georgia lives in Lincoln, IL and is a certified SilverSneakers Fitness Instructor. During this time of ‘stay-at-home’, Georgia has held dozens of online opportunities to assist SilverSneakers members in staying fit while staying home. Georgia’s videos are posted on Reps Facebook page.
SilverSneakers CLASSIC – Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted by the participant depending on their fitness level and abilities. It is suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels.
SilverSneakers STABILITY – Stability is the newest class designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. Step
SilverSneakers YOGA – Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level.

CARDIO/BARRE: Low-intensity training with a focus on core, legs, and balance fundamentals with a cardio twist.
TABATA: HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class with various timed workouts taken completely at your own pace. Designed to test your strength and endurance while making you sweat!
Cody Simmons
My name is Cody Simmons and I am a certified personal trainer through ISSA. I love helping people not only better themselves physically, but mentally as well. To me, personal training should be exactly that, personal.
So here is what I would really like you to know about me
before we get to the professional aspect of training. To start, I was born right here in Lincoln, IL. I am a man dedicated first to God, then to my beautiful wife Kim (teacher/track coach), and our amazing family (6 kids)! Many of you might recognize me either from the various gyms around town or maybe from cutting down your neighbor’s tree.
When not training myself or others, I work for a local tree removal service. My wife and I are also avid kayakers and love traveling to exciting locations and seeking unplanned adventures!
I know how important physical health is inside and outside of the weight room, which is why I have dedicated my life to helping people better theirs. I cannot promise you that every session will be fun, but I can promise that if you apply what you learn from me and eat a healthy diet, (oh don’t worry I’ll be keeping you accountable) that you will see results. Together we will unlock the full potential that I know each and every one of you has inside of you!
